Blackswan
As a Birmingham based Property Development & Consultancy business, Blackswan have been a key partners in making space available for our warehouse space in central Birmingham. This has meant that in the last year we have been able to collect, pack and send 687 boxes of much needed clothes and hygiene supplies for families taking refuge in northern Iraq. During the recent appeals we have used this space to host packing sessions for volunteers to sort and pack the items ready for the transport. We are extremely grateful for their willingness to be part of seeing this become a reality.
Vanti
As a leading technology business in Birmingham, now working on projects up and down the country, Vanti are used to overcoming logistical challenges and solving highly technical problems. So the task of transporting 160 boxes of winter clothes from a Norfolk youth event to our warehouse space in Birmingham is straightforward for them. Working with us to help arrange the hire of a suitable vehicle at a reduced price and making further vehicles available for collection of boxes from local supermarkets has been a very practical way for the staff of Vanti to work together with us.
Agapé
GAiN is working with Agapé in the UK as their official humanitarian aid partner. Agapé UK has been responding to needs around the world through giving and sending people to urgent situations for many years. This new partnership is an exciting step forwards in their journey for both Agapé and GAiN. With a shared desire to help people encounter God’s unconditional love, this is an easy fit to demonstrate this in both our words and actions.

Packing and loading boxes make it possible to send the relief items to those who need them most. Having good strong boxes is even more important, and banana boxes tend to make the best type to make sure items arrive in good condition. The Fruit and Veg Team at Tesco Spring Hill have been a great supplier of these boxes, without which none of the items would be able to be sent anywhere.
